Bakersfield, our full service concept featuring authentic, Mexican street fare, tequila and whiskey, is looking for servers. Servers are responsible for the overall guest experience according to Thunderdome's quality and service standards. We are looking for someone who is passionate and driven to grow alongside the growth of our restaurant group. This job requires continuous movement, regularly bending, lifting, pushing, pulling, carrying, and moving up to 50 pounds. This position requires manual dexterity; auditory and visual skills; and the ability to follow written and oral instructions and procedures.
Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to,
- Knowledgeable about our food and beverage offerings
- Maintains a clean and professional appearance
- Maintains a safe and clean environment for guests and team
- Handles guests' requests and complaints professionally and ensures guest satisfaction
- Maintains a positive and cooperative team environment
- Ensures responsible alcohol service
