Provides a variety of administrative duties that supports the traffic function.

Job Description

Key Accountabilities:

• Receives and verifies BOL (Bill of lading) information from incoming and outgoing trailers.
• Communicates with customers and drivers.
• Ensures that shipments are carried out accurately and efficiently. Identifies inaccuracies.
• Signs proof of delivery and traces shipments occasionally.
• Completes gate-in and gate-out of live loads, live unloads, and air freight trailer processes.
• Utilizes Yard Management System (YMS) to input and export information.
• Assigns drivers' drop trailer locations based on the system information.
• Conducts yard inventory for available spaces to drop trailers and runs daily Dwell Reports.

Qualifications:

Minimum Requirements:

• High School diploma
• One (1) year customer service and problem-solving experience.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Computer literate, able to read and respond to emails and navigate web browser

• One (year) related experience in a previous role.
