Key Responsibilities:
For Diet Aides:
- Assist with meal preparation and service in accordance with dietary needs
- Ensure that meals are served according to residents’ preferences and dietary restrictions
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen and dining area
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
For Cooks:
- Prepare and cook meals according to nutritional guidelines and resident preferences
- Plan and execute menus with a focus on health and flavor
- Ensure proper food storage, safety, and sanitation practices
- Work with the dietary team to meet individual dietary needs of residents
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in food service, preferably in a healthcare or senior living environment
- A passion for cooking and serving nutritious, tasty meals
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow dietary guidelines
- Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team
