Duties And Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to achieve revenue targets for parts sales.
- Identify market opportunities, trends, and customer needs to maximize sales growth.
- Lead and motivate a team of parts sales representatives to achieve individual and team sales goals.
- Provide coaching, training, and performance management to optimize sales effectiveness.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, dealers, and distributors.
- Resolve customer issues and inquiries promptly to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Oversee parts inventory levels and ensure availability to meet customer demand.
- Collaborate with inventory control and procurement teams to optimize stock levels and minimize obsolete inventory.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze trends, and prepare sales forecasts and reports.
- Present sales results and strategic insights to senior management.
- Develop and execute promotional campaigns, pricing strategies, and marketing initiatives to drive parts sales.
- Collaborate with marketing and product management teams to launch new products and promote existing ones.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; or a minimum of 4 years of experience in sales, preferably in automotive, manufacturing, or industrial sectors.
- Prefer a West Coast Home Office location
- This position primarily operates in an office environment but may also require work in warehouse settings.
- PPE is required only for warehouse and production floors.
