Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated individual to join our parts sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in time management, self-starter, willingness to learn, and automotive parts experience is a plus. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent leadership skills, a proven track record in achieving sales targets, and customer service.

Duties And Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to achieve revenue targets for parts sales.
  • Identify market opportunities, trends, and customer needs to maximize sales growth.
  • Lead and motivate a team of parts sales representatives to achieve individual and team sales goals.
  • Provide coaching, training, and performance management to optimize sales effectiveness.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, dealers, and distributors.
  • Resolve customer issues and inquiries promptly to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee parts inventory levels and ensure availability to meet customer demand.
  • Collaborate with inventory control and procurement teams to optimize stock levels and minimize obsolete inventory.
  • Monitor sales performance, analyze trends, and prepare sales forecasts and reports.
  • Present sales results and strategic insights to senior management.
  • Develop and execute promotional campaigns, pricing strategies, and marketing initiatives to drive parts sales.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product management teams to launch new products and promote existing ones.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; or a minimum of 4 years of experience in sales, preferably in automotive, manufacturing, or industrial sectors.
  • Prefer a West Coast Home Office location


Working conditions

  • This position primarily operates in an office environment but may also require work in warehouse settings.
  • PPE is required only for warehouse and production floors.
