What are the hours for this position?
This is a full time position that will be paid hourly, which makes you eligible for overtime as needed. Your typical schedule will be 7a to 2/3p Monday thru Friday and at least two Saturday's per month (when you work a weekend shift, you will be given a day off during the week). There will be a minimum of a 6 week training period before you are fully expected to master your responsibilities.
What exactly would I do?
You will be the focused on delivering and creating an atmosphere of outstanding retail customer service in of one of our top stores in the Minneapolis metro. We are looking for someone who embodies a positive attitude and can train, coach and motivate a team of customer service employees in our Chanhassen location. In this role, you will work closely with our Operations Manager and General Manager of all our Minneapolis locations. This is a full time, hands on, in-store position (not available as a remote role).
Do you have what it takes?
You must be great with customers, a natural conversationalist with a genuine desire to get to know our regular customers. At the same time, it will be helpful if you are computer savvy and a problem solver. Must be able to work independently (on your own) and with team members.

- Build customer loyalty through personalized service
- Confidently explain our services, technology and resources to customers
- Resolve client issues and concerns in a professional, timely manner.
- Maintain a clean, organized & upbeat store environment
- Lead a team of customer service professionals (including scheduling & reviews)
