Tidemark LLC is a private commercial real estate investment and development firm based in Hooksett, NH with projects throughout New England. We are a fully integrated development shop, managing meaningful projects throughout the entire process - from site identification and acquisition, permitting and entitlement, financing and capital markets, design and architecture, construction management, lease negotiation, property and asset management, and everything in between. We are looking for a talented and driven individual to work with the development team out of their Hooksett, NH headquarters. Tidemark is part of a vertically integrated organization that designs, builds, owns & manages across a variety of commercial real estate, including industrial, multifamily, office, and mixed use.
As a Project Manager on the development team, you will navigate your assigned projects through due diligence, municipal approvals, architectural and interior design, construction & FF&E purchasing. You will be supported by a knowledgeable and diverse in-house team of architects, engineers, interior designers, purchasers, management, and development professionals.
You will work closely with the partners and function as the owner’s agent to ensure the project runs smoothly by making intelligent & holistic decisions related to scheduling, design, FF&E and municipal relations.
- Ideal candidates will have considerable experience in various levels of construction and/or real estate development (5-10 years)
- Strong Organizational Skills - the ability to multi-task & document your work is essential

- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills. You will be collaborating with people at all levels and in a variety of industries: Architecture, Engineering, Construction, Development, Design, and Finance.
- Working Knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Must be able to travel for short trips to various locations in the Northeast and maintain semi-flexible hours to accommodate occasional municipal meetings and job site visits.

Salary : $81,500 - $103,000
