As an Assistant Administrator you will fill a
key support role to our Assisted Living Campus Administrator. You’ll have the
support of Americare, a company 40-years strong in providing senior living
services. You may be delegated
responsibility for various department oversight, will assist in hiring and
training of frontline personnel, and assist in financial operations. You may also serve as a sales assistant to
the administrator by sitting on the community’s marketing team, helping with
prospective resident tours, lead follow-up and data entry into the Customer
Relationship Management (CRM) platform.
Qualifications: -Minimal of 18 years of age -Must be willing to obtain CMA
certification
