Clinical Supervisor- Outpatient Clinic, LICSW

Strattus is an outpatient mental health clinic located in Dedham, MA . An excellent career opportunity exists to join a senior level team of supervisors to provide clinical supervision to MSW and LCSW clinicians along with other duties.
The Clinical Supervisor will be responsible for:
-provide excellent therapeutic services
-Supervision of clinical staff
-Pprovide training to the next generation of mental health clinicians
-Attendance/participation in QA meetings
-Utilization Review
-Conduct Clinical Team Reviews as needed
-Conduct clinical supervisions to both master level clinicians and second year clinical interns.
-Provides clinical oversight of treatment planning and crisis management
-Carries small caseload depending on number of hours wanted
Qualifications:
-Must have Master's degree in Social Work, counseling psychology or marriage and family therapy. PH.D or Psy.D.. Must be a LICSW, a licensed psychologist or a three year post licensing LMHC.
-Previous Supervision/UR experience
-Driver's license and vehicle required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $66,323.02 - $79,872.89 per year
