Job Summary:
Join our team as a Physical Therapy Assistant. Your skilled expertise will be put to use in providing high-quality care to patients within a Skill Nursing Facility environment.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the therapy team to develop effective treatment plans for patients.
- Assist patients with therapeutic exercises and activities.
- Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Communicate with the therapy team and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
- Uphold standards of patient safety and confidentiality.
- Provide valuable support to patients in their journey toward recovery.
Qualifications:
- Valid Physical Therapy Assistant license in the placed state.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a skilled nursing facility.
- Strong understanding of physical therapy techniques and practices.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
