The ideal candidate will have a strong background in investment banking, corporate development, or private equity, with a focus on the gaming and technology sectors.
- Support the M&A process end-to-end, including target identification, due diligence, financial modeling, valuation analysis, and deal structuring.
- Perform financial modeling, valuation analysis, and investment thesis development to evaluate potential M&A targets.
- Partner with internal stakeholders across finance, legal, and operations to assess and execute deals efficiently.
- Conduct market research to identify new trends, acquisition opportunities, and competitive landscapes within gaming and technology.
- Collaborate with operational teams to support post-merger integration planning and execution.
- Build relationships with potential partners, advisors, and investors to help source and evaluate new opportunities.
Skills And Requirements 🌟
- 7 years of experience in M&A, investment banking, private equity, or corporate development.
- Strong deal execution experience, with a focus on financial modeling, valuation, and structuring of transactions.
- Experience working on cross-border transactions is a plus.
- Strong negotiation and financial analysis skills with proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and drive projects to completion in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field; Master's preferred.
