We're looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and enthusiastic Marketing Coordinator to join our small but dynamic team.
Job Description:
As the Marketing Coordinator, you will play a vital role in driving Timber Hill Winery's marketing efforts. This position combines creativity, strategic thinking, and a hands-on approach to connect with our audience and grow our business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across social media platforms, email marketing, and our website.
- Create engaging content, graphics, and copy to promote our wines, events, and brand story.
- Analyze and report on campaign performance to optimize strategies.
Creative Coordination:
- Design and produce graphics for marketing materials, signage, and digital channels.
- Write compelling copy for social media posts, advertisements, newsletters, and other communications.
Event Promotion:
- Collaborate with our Event Coordinator to develop and execute promotional strategies for winery events, ensuring maximum attendance and engagement.
- Assist with event marketing campaigns, including creating event materials, social media posts, and advertisements.
- Support the Event Coordinator during events, helping ensure smooth operations and a positive guest experience.
Team Collaboration:
- Contribute as a team player in our small, close-knit team.
- Support other areas of the winery as needed to help the business succeed.
Qualifications:
- A passion for marketing, creativity, and storytelling.
- Experience in digital marketing, graphic design, or content creation preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and some evenings.
- Experience with design software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
- Knowledge or enthusiasm for wine is a bonus but not required!
