Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming phone calls in a professional manner.
- Identify customer needs and provide excellent customer service, with cost efficiency and safety in mind; Communicate costs; Work with outside vendors and assist in resolving on-the-road repairs.
- Schedule Company and local customer truck repairs.
- Provide accurate repair orders and estimates when needed, including data entry and documentation; Obtain approval for work to be completed.
- Responsible for inventory and parts purchasing, as well as organization of the parts room.
- Follow-up on calls and send recommended repair reminders.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
