Position Overview:
Timberlake Homes is seeking a dynamic and motivated Internet Sales Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for proactively supporting our sales and marketing efforts, driving internet sales, and contributing to the overall growth and success of the company. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Management & Appointment Setting: Respond to internet, email, phone, and sales center leads, prequalify prospects, and schedule appointments with potential customers.
- CRM & Lead Distribution: Manage LASSO (CRM) system, update lead distribution, create follow-up tasks, and assist with marketing campaign creation.
- Marketing & Content Creation: Develop and maintain community point-of-sale marketing materials and collaborate with third-party marketing partners for campaign execution.
- Sales Event Coordination: Organize in-person sales events, manage registrant lists, and ensure seamless execution of promotional activities.
- Reporting & Communication: Provide accurate sales and marketing reports, monitor company websites, and maintain the marketing outlook calendar to ensure timely execution of tasks.
Job Qualifications:
- An associate or bachelor’s degree in marketing is preferred OR a minimum of 2 years professional experience in internet sales or new home sales.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM systems such as LASSO or NEWSTAR is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with internal and external teams.
- Ability to manage deadlines, prioritize tasks, and work independently.
- Basic knowledge of construction processes is a plus.
- Must be able to obtain a Maryland Home Builder Sales Representative Certificate within 60 days of employment.
Physical & Environmental Requirements:
- Ability to sit at a desk and use a computer for extended periods.
- Some travel may be required.
- Must be available for a schedule that includes 60% in-office hours and weekends for client meetings, events, and business needs.
