Job Description
As a Member Relationship Officer, you will be responsible for processing transactions effectively and accurately in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a balanced cash drawer and adhering to internal controls and procedures. You must be able to conduct need assessments, identify problems, develop solutions, and take appropriate course of action. You will also actively engage members by asking and answering questions regarding credit union services, products and account issues/concerns that may arise. This position builds member loyalty by developing relationships with our members, while generating new business by actively cross-selling credit union products and services.

· Perform any and all teller functions while ensuring our members have a positive experience. Assists in opening new member accounts and with loan closings and disbursements.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour

Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
- Cash Handling: 1 year (Preferred)
- Banking: 1 year (Preferred)
