Key Responsibilities
- Process vehicle sale paperwork, title, and registration documents
- Assist with accounts receivable/payable and daily deposits
- Maintain accurate deal jackets and customer records
- Provide professional and friendly customer service, in person and by phone
- Support office functions including filing, data entry, reporting, and communications
- Liaise with sales, service, and finance teams to ensure smooth operations
- Other duties as assigned by management.

Skills & Qualifications
- Prior office or administrative experience (automotive dealership experience is a plus)
- Strong attention to detail and organization skills
