Design Interactive Experiences: Design visually compelling and user-centered interactive experiences across the web, both mobile and desktop.
Collaborate for Success: Work alongside other designers, developers, strategists, and account managers to deliver projects that meet client objectives and exceed expectations.
Participate in Client Meetings and Presentations: Meet with clients to discuss their business goals, articulating design concepts and rationales clearly and confidently.
Transform Ideas into Results: Conceptualize and execute innovative design solutions that align with client brand guidelines and business goals.
Be Strategic yet Nimble: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining the highest quality standards.
Communicate Effectively: Articulate design concepts and decisions clearly to a broad audience, including both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Stay Ahead: Remain informed about current trends and best practices in UX/UI design to continuously advance our processes and uphold our commitment to innovation within the agency.
Requirements
Greater St Louis Area ONLY
Remote role with the ability to travel to HQ in St Louis
Minimum of 3 years of experience in interactive design, with a portfolio that showcases successful projects, particularly in website design.
Skilled in using tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, WordPress, Elementor, Crazy Egg and Microsoft Clarity.
Fundamental knowledge of HTML/CSS
Experience utilizing Microsoft Office and Google Workplace
Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
Familiarity with front-end development technologies is a plus, enhancing collaboration with development teams.
Experience and comfort with client-facing interactions with the ability to distill complex ideas into simple and understandable terms.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
A bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, UX/UI Design, or a related field is is plus!
