Timpte is looking for Fabricators in our Thunderstone Facility in Lincoln, NE! In this role, you will fabricate parts using various equipment (including CNC) working from production schedules and cut sheets.
Job Responsibilities
- Setup and operate any equipment in the fabrication department as required
- Fabricate parts using production schedules, cut sheets and blue prints
- Move material in and out of fabrication department
- Perform preventative maintenance to keep tools and equipment in good working condition
- Practice good housing keeping and keep work area organized
- Inspect work for quality, workmanship and that they meet blue print tolerances
Desired Skills, Knowledge, and Qualifications
- Ability to read and interpret blue prints, specifications, and trailer schedules.
- Knowledge to operate machines, hand tools, tape measures, cranes, and other equipment.
- Ability to work with general supervision and make basic quality decisions.
- Must be able to work with other employees.
- Prior manufacturing and CNC experience helpful.
- Ability to learn job and be fully competent within 6 to 12 months
