#### About the Position:
We are seeking a dedicated individual who loves dogs and understands their intricate nature. The ideal candidate will provide a calm, loving, and structured environment that is both mentally enriching and supportive of the training routines established over the past three years.
#### Responsibilities:
- Pick up dogs from their homes and transport them to the park in your SUV
- Maintain and reinforce training routines during pick-up, drop-off, and park visits.
- Ensure the dogs play nicely together and monitor interactions.
- Be attentive to each dog's needs and behaviors.
- Communicate effectively with me about the dogs' progress and any concerns.
- Follow directions and instructions precisely and be open to learning new techniques.
#### Requirements:
- **Passion for Dogs**: A genuine love and understanding of dogs is essential.
- **Dog Body Language**: Must be familiar with and able to interpret dog body language.
- **Experience**: Prior experience in dog training is preferred but not required.
- **Attentiveness**: Must be highly attentive to each dog's individual needs and behaviors.
- **Reliability and Flexibility**: Must be dependable and adaptable to changing schedules (hardly changes unless you want it to) and needs
- **Environmental Sensitivity**: Ability to create a calm and structured environment that is both physically and mentally enriching for the dogs.
- **Communication Skills**: Effective communication with me about the dogs' progress and any issues.
