What are the responsibilities and job description for the Indoor Play Associate position at Tiny Tots Indoor Play?
Tiny Tots Indoor Play is a parent-supervised indoor play café, designed for children ages 0–5 and their caregivers. This is not a daycare. Parents and caregivers remain on-site and are responsible for supervising their children at all times. We’re looking for a dependable, upbeat Indoor Play Associate who loves kids, enjoys customer service, and thrives in a fun, fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Do
- Greet families and create a welcoming, positive experience
- Help maintain a safe, clean, and organized play environment
- Assist with check-in, admissions, and POS transactions
- Prepare and serve coffee and drinks (barista experience preferred)
- Clean and reset play areas, tables, and café spaces throughout the day
- Support birthday parties, group events, and special activities
- Communicate clearly and kindly with parents and caregivers
What This Role Is NOT
- ❌ Not childcare or babysitting
- ❌ Not responsible for supervising children
- ✅ Parents remain present and responsible for their children at all times

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
