What are the responsibilities and job description for the Child Care Aide/Teacher position at Tiny Tykes, Inc.?
Tiny Tykes - Battle Lake is currently looking for an individual who enjoys hugs, high fives, and snuggles from infants. This individual must be willing to work with children from 6 weeks to 5 years.
Qualifications:
- Have or must be willing to obtain CPR/First Aid training.
- Pass background check & fingerprints.
- Have Highschool Diploma or GED
Responsibilities:
- Maintain positive informal and formal communication with families about their child’s progress.
- Willing to work with and be guided by other staff members.
- Facilitates and maintains licensing standards within the classroom.
- Provides quality care in a fun and safe learning environment.
- Willing to take annual required trainings.

Hours can range from 30-40 hours per week and will be between 7:00am-5:30pm with no nights, weekends, or major holidays.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $11.00 - $13.00 per hour
