The Energy Services Specialist is responsible for assisting the Crew Leader in the installation of energy saving measures and the correction of health and safety issues in homes. We weatherize the homes of low-income, elderly, and other qualified clients.
Workweek is Monday – Thursday, 40 hours.

The Energy Services Specialist is responsible for assisting the Crew Leader in the installation of energy saving measures and the correction of health and safety issues in homes. We weatherize the homes of low-income, elderly, and other qualified clients.
Workweek is Monday – Thursday, 40 hours.
Duties can include:
- Install attic, wall, and floor insulation
- Install vent pipes to insure proper and safe venting of energy systems
- Apply caulks, silicone, and spray foam
- Make minor structural repairs requiring carpentry skills on housing units, e.g. installing replacement windows and doors, sheetrock, and bath or kitchen fans.
Minimum qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; one-year experience in construction or energy preferred.
- Ability to install insulation and windows/doors; use hand tools; climb ladders and work in small spaces
- MUST be able to satisfy all OSHA requirements, including passing a respirator Fit Test
