Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent (required for all positions).
BCI/FBI background checks (required).
A heart for children and a desire to be part of a Christ-centered team.
Reliability, teamwork, and positive communication skills.
Previous childcare experience preferred, but not required.
What You’ll Do:
Create a nurturing, safe, and engaging environment for children.
Guide children through developmental milestones — from crawling to reading!
Partner with families to support each child’s growth and success.
Foster creativity, kindness, and curiosity through age-appropriate activities and play.
Model and teach values rooted in love, patience, and respect.
