Titan Legal Services, Inc., a litigation support firm, is currently seeking a responsible, motivated candidate for a Records Retrieval Clerk position within the company.
Work duties include:
- Making phone calls to follow up on requests for records;
- Printing and preparing work orders for field agents;
- Arranging appointments to copy or pick up records;
- Using Microsoft Outlook to send follow up emails to custodians;
- Using Microsoft Word to prepare and mail out follow up letters;
- Other duties as assigned.
Required candidate qualifications:
- Accurate typing speed of at least 45 words per minute;
- Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Microsoft Outlook;
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Windows Operating System);
- High school diploma or GED;
- At least one (1) year of office job experience;
- Excellent written communication skills;
- Ability to accurately follow instructions in a fast-paced environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
