Titan Legal Services, Inc., a litigation support firm, is currently seeking a responsible, motivated candidate for a Records Retrieval Clerk position within the company.

Work duties include:

  • Making phone calls to follow up on requests for records;
  • Printing and preparing work orders for field agents;
  • Arranging appointments to copy or pick up records;
  • Using Microsoft Outlook to send follow up emails to custodians;
  • Using Microsoft Word to prepare and mail out follow up letters;
  • Other duties as assigned.

Required candidate qualifications:

  • Accurate typing speed of at least 45 words per minute;
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Microsoft Outlook;
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Windows Operating System);
  • High school diploma or GED;
  • At least one (1) year of office job experience;
  • Excellent written communication skills;
  • Ability to accurately follow instructions in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
