Overview

Join the Titan Machinery team as a Sales Coordinator where you'll play a crucial role in providing essential administrative support, including preparing quotes, processing orders, and managing customer inquiries, to our Sales and Management team while enhancing business operations.

Responsibilities

• Sales Excellence : Collaborate with department managers and sales team s to support the sales process, ensuring smooth operations, and delivering a seamless customer experience
• Customer Engagement: Maximize sales efforts by working with the sales team on sales processes, building strong customer relationships, and maximizing marketing initiatives
• Professional Representation : Maintain a high level of professionalism in all communications, both in-person and on the phone . This position plays a key role in maintain ing accura te sales records, generat ing reports, an d assi st ing with sales forecasting and analysis

Qualifications

Required:

• Have 3 years of related education, work and/or related military experience
• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time and work flexible hours
• Strong customer service skills
• Keen attention to detail, high level of initiative, and the ability to work independently
