The Title Analyst will be reviewing land records and data entry and assist in identifying and assisting in clearing all title deficiencies. The Title Analyst will also produce all necessary documentation to ensure the marketability of Title Commitment and communicate with closers regarding outstanding items on the title.
What you will do for TC&E:
- Daily review of current pipeline
- Submit initial Title Commitment to vendor
- Initiates Title Curative process
- Follow up on Title Curative process
- Obtains all necessary documentation required for closing including Quit Claim Deed into VITNO, releases, and payoffs for remaining items on title
- Completes tasks and notes file in a timely manner
- Exposure to mortgage banking
What you will bring to TC&E:
High school diploma/GED required
- 1-year Title experience (Preferred)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Ability to thrive in high volume, high-pressure environment
- Ability to read and understand Title Commitments nationwide
- Knowledge of Title Curative process for outstanding Title items
- Proficient in Title Documents including but not limited to Deeds, Mortgages, Liens, Judgments, Assignments, POA, affidavits
- Basic understanding of the Foreclosure process including, Short Sales, Deed in Lieu’s, Judicial and non-judicial foreclosures
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Detail-oriented professional, with the ability to multi-task and handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Plan, organize and manage workflow, meet deadlines and think critically and analytically to solve problems
