We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized individual to join our team as a Closing Processor . In this role, you will be responsible for processing and coordinating the closing of real estate transactions, ensuring that all closing requirements are met, and all parties involved in the transaction are well-informed and communicated with through exceptional client service.
Compensation :
- Salary Range : $60,000 - $70,000 depending on experience
- Paid Time Off (PTO)

Responsibilities :
- Review and analyze title commitments and surveys to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Coordinate with lenders, real estate agents, attorneys, and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth and efficient closing process
- Provide excellent customer service to clients, addressing any questions or concerns they may have throughout the closing process
- Ensure that all closing documents are accurate, complete, and compliant with all applicable laws and regulations
- Manage and maintain accurate records of all closing transactions
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the title or real estate industry, with a focus on closing coordination / processing
- Strong knowledge of real estate closing procedures, including title commitments, surveys, and closing documents
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with all parties involved in the closing process
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and industry-specific software programs
