Duties
- Review loan documents for accuracy and completeness, ensuring compliance with TILA and Fair Housing regulations.
- Coordinate with escrow agents to schedule closing dates and prepare necessary documentation.
- Conduct credit analysis and underwriting processes to assess borrower qualifications.
- Process loans efficiently while adhering to company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare closing statements and ensure all contractual obligations are fulfilled prior to finalizing the loan.
- Communicate effectively with clients, answering questions related to the closing process and providing updates as needed.
- Maintain organized records of all transactions and correspondence related to closings.
Skills
