Duties/Responsibilities Include
- Knowledge in UPS WorldShip and FedEx Ship Manager.
- Knowledge in shipping 3rd party and International Shipping.
- Attention to detail in packaging, labeling, and documentation.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Coordinate with carriers for pickups and deliveries.
- Maintain shipping supplies inventory.
- Communicate with internal teams to resolve issues.
- Basic computer skills for data entry and documentation.
Requirements and Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous shipping or warehouse experience preferred.
- Forklift / Clamp Truck certification a plus
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 pounds.
