How Do Internships Work?
Interns can work up to 24 hours per week during school semesters and 40 hours per week during school breaks. TLC provides flexible schedule options with various start times. Interns have the benefit of TLC’s hybrid schedule where they can work up to 3 days from home.
Responsibilities:
The Intern will be provided on-the-job training and mentorship. They will work at applying academic education to assigned tasks below:
- Data entry and management for company-wide marketing CRM system
- Create of presentation slides and graphics
- Organize and attend marketing events as needed
- Assist with marketing package development
- Assist with RFP/RFQ requirements
- Assist with interview preparation
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing an accredited bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Integrated Business, etc.
- Desire to pursue a career in marketing professional services
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Team player
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Basic experience using Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams, Word, and SharePoint
- Preferred: Experience utilizing CRM software and/or Adobe products
