Responsibilities
- Provide a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for children
- Plan and lead fun, age-appropriate activities
- Assist with meals, snacks, naps, and diaper changes as needed
- Communicate daily updates to parents
- Maintain clean and organized play and care spaces
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of babysitting, nannying, or daycare experience (2 childcare references required)
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
- CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain before starting)
- Strong communication skills and comfort using text messaging
- Ability to commit for at least 3 months
Pay & Benefits
- Hourly Pay: $18/hour for 1–2 children, $19/hour for 3 children, $20/hour for 4 children
- Weekly Pay: Direct deposit every Friday
