Compensation and Benefits

• Pay: $20 per hour for 1 to 2 dependent/s, $21 for 3, and $22 for 4.
• Bonuses: Occasional bonuses and travel incentives

Schedule

• AVAILABILITY: 2-5 days during the week (Monday-Friday)
• TIME: 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Requirements

• Age: At least 18 years old
• Must be willing to work with both children and adult
• Communication: Excellent texting skills for updates and availability
• Experience: Minimum of 1 year in caregiving, babysitting, nannying, or daycare- 2 childcare references required
• License: Valid driver’s license and vehicle
• Commitment: Minimum 3 months

Responsibilities
- Engage children in age-appropriate activities to promote learning and development.
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children under your care.
- Utilize first aid skills when necessary to ensure the well-being of the children.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's daily activities and well-being.
- Implement caregiving techniques to meet the individual needs of each child.

If Hired

• Work Status: Legal work status in the US
• Certification: Child, Infant & Adult CPR and First Aid certification before employment
• Orientation: Complete an online orientation

How It Works

• Get Matched: TLC assigns shifts based on your availability, experience, and preferences
• Work Your Shift: Shifts vary in length and timing; if a shift is under 4 hours, you will still be paid for 4 hours
• Work in Multiple Family Homes: You’ll work for a variety of wonderful families throughout the week.
