Position Summary
TMCO is looking for a full time Quality Technician to join our team.
As a Quality Technician, you will perform first piece inspection, prepare inspection documents for all outgoing shipments, calibrate gauges, and perform other quality department duties as needed.
Educational Qualifications and Experience:
- 2 years experience in machining or inspection
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent blueprint reading skills, including GD&T
- Excellent understanding and use of measuring instruments
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Basic computer skills and data entry
- PC-DMIS knowledge, a plus
Job Duties:
- Complete first article and final inspection (PPAP, AS9102)
- Maintain quality records
- Gage control and calibration
- Validate sub-contracted operations
- Maintain cleanliness and safety of work area
- Other duties as required
