Specifically looking for El Paso (or within an hour) experienced Sandblasters!
TMI Coatings, Inc. is a nationwide painting and restoration contractor headquartered in St. Paul, Minnesota. TMI has been contributing to making the world a better place for 37 years, by restoring America’s infrastructure. Our coatings division completes restoration work and coating application in various industrial settings including food and beverage producers, grain production facilities, water and wastewater facilities, and water towers/reservoirs.
Starting wages $21 per hour depending on experience. Because we recognize the hard work and dedication our employees give, TMI offers reimbursements for prescription safety glasses, work boots and more.
Job Description
Application of various coatings systems to steel and concrete surfaces, sandblasting and mechanical surface preparation and pressure washing. Projects may include water towers, grain bins, and other industrial structures. Involves travel out of state and working at heights.
Position Qualifications
· Positive attitude, good work ethic, ability to be on time and reliable
· Comfortable working at heights more than 100 feet
· All potential employees are required to take and pass an Occupational Physical and Drug test prior to hire
· Ability to lift and/or carry 50 pounds over tough terrain
· Previous construction experience or similar experience preferred
· Willingness to work variable shifts. Work is scheduled generally from 7:00 am – 5:00 pm with regular overtime
· All experience levels will be considered; however we prefer 2 or more years of experience in the industry
