Experienced Tax Preparer
Tax Management Services, Inc. specializes in individual and small business taxes. We have been assisting clients with all facets of their financial needs including taxes, small business accounting services and investments for over 30 years.
We are currently hiring full-time Seasonal Tax Preparers with experience in preparing individual tax returns. We are a rapidly growing firm looking to expand our team. Enrolled Agent certification is preferred but not required. Experience with small businesses is a plus but not necessary.
Expectations:
- Individual Tax Preparation
- Communicate directly with clients
- Strong focus on building meaningful client relationships
- Strategize to minimize tax liability
- Successfully manage your time to meet client turnaround
- Tax Planning
- Stay informed with Tax Law and relevant updates
- Deliver best-in-class service
The ideal candidate:
- Motivated, Team Player Attitude
- Excellent communication and customer relations skills
- Knowledgeable on federal and state tax legislation
- Able to research and resolve taxation issues as well as tax planning opportunities
- Experience with Drake tax software a plus
