Title: Time Keeper
Report to: Branch Manager
Location: Houston, TX
Summary:
Review daily timesheets and make necessary adjustments to time clock report. This position is responsible for the coordination, tracking, and documentation of all aspects of timekeeping.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Must have experience with timekeeping
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in a timekeeping or other field operational position.
- Experience working in plant keying in time for turnaround workers/contract/full time employees
Requirements:
- Ability to handle confidential information
- Attention to detail and accuracy is of the utmost importance
- Superior organizational skills
- Proficiency with MS Word and Excel
- Experience working in Plant environment
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensures that edits and maintenance of all timekeeping system attributes related to employee maintenance occur in a timely and accurate manner.
- Receive, verify, and file all time exception forms.
- Reconcile all timecard exceptions such as missed punches, late punches, early punches, etc.
- Possess the ability to create and organize documents files for efficient recollection
- Interpret and allocate lobar hours by work as assigned by supervisor
- Collection of field date supporting labor allocations and invoicing
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
