We are recruiting on behalf of a global quick-service restaurant brand undergoing an exciting transformation. With innovation and consumer focus at the heart of its growth strategy, the company is looking for a Senior Analyst, Customer Insights to join its team in Miami.
Your Mission:
Act as the voice of the consumer by leading research initiatives that guide product development and menu strategy. You’ll manage qualitative and quantitative studies (concept testing, taste tests, in-market research, etc.), work closely with cross-functional teams, and translate insights into actionable recommendations for senior stakeholders.
What We’re Looking For:
- 2–3 years’ experience in consumer or market research
- Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills
- Curious, collaborative, and proactive mindset
- Foodservice or sensory testing experience is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree required (Marketing, Sociology, Psychology, or related)
- Fluency in English
