Responsibilities
- Complete the PLACE New Agent Launch program with success.
- Provide detailed written feedback to assist clients in refining their property search.
- Prepare and negotiate offers on behalf of sales agents and clients.
- Coordinate and schedule property showings for clients.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to both buyers and sellers.
- Participate in weekly script practice sessions as required by the team.
- Engage in team activities in alignment with team standards.
- Attend weekly one-on-one coaching sessions, training sessions, and Partner Calls.
- Track and document tasks and activities using PLACE Technology and systems.
- Present properties and highlight their key features to potential buyers.
Qualifications
- Valid real estate license
