General Summary
The Clinical Manager is responsible for overseeing day-to-day clinical operations within the Urology practice. This role ensures efficient clinic workflows, high-quality patient care, regulatory compliance, and effective management of clinical staff. The Clinical Manager serves as a key liaison between physicians, advanced practice providers, nursing staff, and administrative leadership to support the overall success of the Urology practice.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Consistently arrives at work on time and adheres to regular work schedule.
- Manage daily clinical operations across urology clinic locations to ensure efficient patient flow and appropriate staffing.
- Oversee clinical schedules, templates, and resource utilization.
- Identify workflow inefficiencies and implement process improvements.
- Ensure proper room utilization, supply availability, and equipment readiness.
- Collaborate with physicians and APPs to optimize clinic productivity.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for physicians, APPs, and administrative leadership regarding clinical operations.
- Collaborate with billing, scheduling, and administrative teams to ensure seamless patient care.
- Assist with implementation of new clinical initiatives, workflows, or technologies.
- Participate in meetings related to operations, quality improvement, and practice development.
- Monitor clinical supply inventory and assist with ordering and vendor coordination.
- Support onboarding and credentialing processes for clinical providers as needed.
- Assist with special projects related to urology services or operational improvements.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required
Required:
- Consistently arrives at work in appropriate/professional attire.
- Completes all tasks within established time frame.
- Adheres to all clinic policies and procedures.
- Licensed RN in Ohio.
- Strong understanding of clinical workflows, staffing models, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced clinical environment.
- Proficiency with EMR systems and Microsoft Office applications.
Education:
- Graduate of an accredited registered nursing program.
Preferred:
- Experience in an outpatient clinical setting preferred (Urology a plus).
