Tom Drexler Plumbing, Air & Electric is looking for a top-quality person to join our Customer Care team! This position is for an enthusiastic, detail-oriented individual who loves providing excellent customer service and responding to customers’ feedback.
Summary
The Customer Care Coordinator is responsible for collaborating with our customer service representatives, customers and internal business partners to improve service, deliver resolutions and increase customer satisfaction. This position works 8:00am – 5:00pm Monday through Friday.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Respond to and coordinate resolution of customer issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage challenging customer situations and needs.
- Communicate and coordinate with internal departments as needed.
- Apply general rules to specific problems to produce results that make sense.
- Monitor and respond to online customer reviews.
- Track trends regarding customer satisfaction.
- Proactive ownership in a fast-paced environment to identify problems, trends and report them to leadership on a weekly basis.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Minimum of a High School diploma or equivalent is required.
- One year of customer service-related experience.
- Ability to read, analyze and interpret documents.
- Must possess a high level of professionalism.
- Ability to multitask with a strong attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
