Job Description
In This Role, You Will:
Process new Carefree Maintenance Plan agreements
Communicate and coordinate with internal departments as needed
Engage new customers during sign-ups, maintenance visits, and renewals
Make outbound calls to potential and current members
Run reports to gauge productivity and track member metrics
Identify and resolve problems in a timely manner
Manage difficult customer situations and needs
Prioritize and plan workload efficiently
Speak clearly and calmly in all situations
Demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness
Follow all policies and procedures
Our Ideal Candidate:
High School diploma or GED equivalent
1 year of customer service-related experience
Able to read, analyze, and interpret documents
Thorough knowledge of spreadsheet and word-processing software
Comfortable sitting for extended periods, standing, and operating a computer
Number of Openings: 1
Position Schedule: Available to work as needed, per business demands.
