Job Description: Residential Plumber Cincinnati
We are seeking a skilled and journeyman plumber to join our team as a Residential Plumber in Cincinnati. As a Residential Plumber, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our residential clients, troubleshooting plumbing issues, proposing solutions, estimating costs, and completing repairs and installations.
$3,000 sign on bonus paid after 90 days of employment for hourly paid Residential Plumbers.
$3,000 retention bonus paid out at end of first year of employment.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to residential service calls in a timely and professional manner.
- Troubleshoot plumbing issues and provide advice to clients.
- Propose solutions and estimate costs for repairs and installations.
- Complete repairs and installations efficiently and effectively
- Promote the company brand and maintain customer rapport.
- Lift up to 50lbs and perform physical tasks as required.
Requirements:
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs and perform physical tasks as required.
- Excellent customer service skills
