Overview
We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for packing, shipping and general store maintenance duties. In addition, this position will support the operations side of the business. Duties:
- Package and ship online orders and customer special orders.
- Work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of productivity.
- Use a variety of communication skills, including phone etiquette, to interact with customers in a professional and friendly manner.
- Type accurate and legible reports, emails, and other correspondence.
- Fill web orders.
- Tag merchandise.
- Assist in store inventory and appearance.
- Assist Sales Associates with customers as needed.
Requirements/Qualifications
- Proven experience in customer service, sales or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using computerized systems and software.
- Ability to prioritize and multitask.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Ability to type accurately and maintain accurate records.
- Must be able to stand for long periods
- Ability to lift boxes 25 pounds
