Join the Tom Wood Jaguar/Land Rover Team as a Service Lane Attendant – Be the Engine Behind Exceptional Service

Location: Indianapolis, IN
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Plus: One Saturday per month (half-day), with a scheduled half-day off during the same week
Pay Range: $16–$18 per hour

Tom Wood Jaguar/Land Rover is seeking a dedicated and energetic Service Lane Attendant to support our service department. If you're reliable, organized, and committed to delivering a great customer experience, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers as they arrive in the service lane

• Maintain the cleanliness and professional appearance of the service area and lot

• Park, retrieve, and organize vehicles safely and efficiently

• Assist with vehicle preparation, lot organization, and transportation

• Contribute to a positive dealership experience through excellent service

• Ensure a safe and welcoming environment for guests and staff

• Perform other duties as assigned to meet business needs

Qualifications:

• Friendly, professional demeanor with strong communication and customer service skills

• Positive, outgoing, and dependable

• Team-oriented and willing to learn

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required
