What are the responsibilities and job description for the Staff Accountant position at Tombras?
Tombras, a 400 person, full-service, national advertising agency with a digital mindset, is seeking a Staff Accountant.
Where you’ll be working: Knoxville
\n- Prepare and manage up to 20 different client’s billings and related payables
- Interact with Account Service teams to facilitate client billing
- Monitor internal processes to verify open orders and pending payables
- Prepare ad hoc reports for Account Service teams and clients
- 1 years’ experience in an Accounting or a Finance role and/or equivalent internship experience for recent graduates
- Intermediate level skills in Excel / Google Sheets
- Strong attention to detail
- High level of communication skills (oral, written and interpersonal) to effectively communicate and interface with internal team members
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks and manage work with little supervisiond process improvements
- Prior experience with NetSuite ERP preferred
- Experience working in a Mac environment, including Google Suite and Adobe preferred
- Prior experience in an advertising, marketing, media, or startup environment is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required
