Company Description
Tomcat’s Welding & Fabrication LLC provides commercial and industrial field welding services primarily in Agribusiness (commercial farmers). We are well known for our creative custom fabrication work as well as commercial irrigation system installation and repair. Our team makes and mends just about anything made of metal which provides significant work variety and requires diverse interests and experience.
Role Description
We are looking for an experienced welder with fitting and layout experience. Ideal candidate will have 15 to 20 years of welding and fabricating experience to include experience with carbon pipe and stainless steel preferred. Experience working with a variety of metals/techniques and projects types is also a huge benefit.
Ideal candidate will be mechanically inclined and proficient in measurement, cutting, layout, and welding with strong attention to detail and an eye for presentation. We build stuff that not only lasts, but also looks good!

Pay dependent on experience $32 - $45/hr with potential to increase with exceptional skill and attitude.
Employees will accrue sick time in accordance with Washington State law. No other benefits offered at this time, but will be considered in the future as the company continues it’s rapid growth.
