Tomorrow's Children is looking for an ambitious Youth Care Worker, with the drive and experience to make a difference in the lives of the children we serve. Tomorrow's Children Inc is a Non Profit Residential Treatment Facility that provides treatment for children with emotional and behavior problems. We work with these children in a homelike environment teaching them daily living skills, proper social skills, appropriate behavior on a daily basis.

- Supervise and interact with 6 to 7 children with emotional and/or behavioral problems in a home-like environment
- Perform household responsibilities to include meals, general cleaning and minor maintenance necessary to keep children safe
- Engage and positively interact with children on a daily basis
- Teach and assist with activities of daily living
- Develop and run behavioral programming
- Accurately record data and update records
- Teach proper social skills
- Assist in academic programming and supervision during school hours and complete requirements of teacher's aide license
- Participate in sports activities with the children
- Full-time Position involves working varied shifts, weekends and holidays. 1 weekend off per schedule period. Involves working 7am - 3pm, 3pm-11pm with 2 to 4 11pm-7am shifts per month.
- Part-time Position consists of working 3, 8 hour shifts per week with 1 having to be on weekend. Varied shifts 7am-3pm, 3pm-11 and 11pm-7am
- Provide shift coverage as needed in emergencies
- Position pay can increase based on continuous employment and satisfactory review.
