Requirements
- Collaborate with the design team to create innovative and functional design concepts for real estate projects
- Assist in drafting architectural plans and producing detailed drawings
- Research current market trends and design influences
- Assist in conceptualizing and visualizing project ideas through 3D modeling and rendering
- Assist in the selection of materials, finishes, and fixtures
- Contribute to the preparation of design presentations
- Strong proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and Microsoft Office
- Assist with furniture and accessory installations
- Ability to present design ideas to senior leadership
- Strong conceptual and visualization skills with an eye for detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Undergraduate and graduate students pursuing degrees in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office
