Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring they feel valued and appreciated.
- Manage seating arrangements and waitlists to optimize guest flow and satisfaction.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all guest preferences are noted.
- Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation.
- Handle cash transactions responsibly, ensuring accurate cash handling practices.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
- Address guest inquiries or concerns with professionalism and courtesy to enhance their experience.
- Assist in training new staff members on service protocols and standards.
Qualifications
