Job Type:
- Full-Time (35-40 hours/week)
- Weekends required
- Shift: Monday - Friday, occasional weekends as needed
- Must be flexible to work overtime, weekends, and holidays on occasion

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily operation of the automated flow-wrapper machine
- Package finished baked goods accurately and efficiently
- Monitor product appearance and quality to ensure it meets standards
- Follow and promote all Food Safety and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) guidelines
- Clean and sanitize work areas and equipment
- Help with disassembly and reassembly of the machine for cleaning or maintenance
- Report any equipment malfunctions or quality issues to your supervisor
- Support the warehouse production team with other duties as assigned
- Flexibility to work occasional overtime, weekends, and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid Food Handler's Card (or ability to obtain upon hire)
- Mechanically inclined with good attention to detail
- 6 months experience in automated packaging or machine operation preferred
- Experience in food production or manufacturing a plus
- Ability to stay focused and organized in a fast-paced setting
- Basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide)
- Positive attitude and willingness to be a team player
- Ability to lift 30 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Full-time position with consistent hours
