Core ResponsibilitiesManage CNC machinist activities ensuring accurate project execution.
Perform CNC machine setup and operation including lathe and mill procedures.
Review and modify job outputs for optimal production standards.
Collaborate with engineering teams to refine machining processes and overcome challenges.
Mentor team in advanced CNC techniques and strict safety measures.
Conduct inspections ensuring part accuracy against specifications and standards.
Maintain high standards of workplace cleanliness and safety compliance.
- High school diploma or GED; technical certification in machining preferred.
- 10 years of experience with CNC machinery.
- At least 3 years of offline programming, with a preference for Mastercam skills.
- Deep understanding of machining principles and tool selection.
- Proficiency in interpreting technical documents and G,D&T coding.
- Leadership and effective communication abilities to enhance team dynamics.
- Exceptional analytical and precision-focused capabilities.
